Summer Kabakoro is from Hawaii, but has lived all over the world,
including Calcutta, India, where she worked at an Orphan Hospital,
Guatemala, where she helped start a health clinic, S. Korea, where she
taught ESL at KAIST, and the Fiji Islands, where she founded health
clinics, libraries and early education centers in remote communities.

She has 2 daughters, and 5 grandchildren.

Summer loves seeing people learn to communicate successfully, and her
students find her relaxed, joyful approach to English study, a safe,
comfortable environment in which to practice and perfect their skills.
